Job Summary: Manager role to directly support Ecommerce (and all Direct-To-Consumer channels) and all Digital initiatives. This includes site operations, administration, promotions, planning, strategy and reporting to deliver a best-in-class experience to our Ecommerce and Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) customers.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the site, app, and platform for all Gibson Brand sites – with a primary focus of North American and partnership with International teams.
- Work with the Ecomm/DTC team and greater team to further achieve a global footprint and International experience and DTC sales.
- Set up and maintain online product mix and inventory along with any site promotional activities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure content accuracy for all product copy and storytelling.
- Work with internal teams regarding forecasting of product assortment and inventory planning needs
- Assist in department planning, strategy, and reporting.
- Work with the integrated platforms/systems and product team to ensure all needs are met for inventory and order management.
- Partner with the Customer Service team to ensure we are meeting/exceeding consumer needs and service levels.

Education and Experience:
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Demonstrated leadership within past roles.
- Experienced in developing Operations Playbooks and Protocols based on best practices.
- Experience in working in a dynamic global premium branded consumer goods company is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or related area or equivalent experience (Bachelor/master’s degree)
